Product Description:

Projection welding electrodes are provided with a self insulating pin made out of composite materials having high hardness for locating nuts. These pins have very high resistance to aberrations which in turn gives long life. Also the electrodes will have a Tungsten Copper facing. The Tungsten Copper facing has very high wear resistance, results in longer life of electrode. These electrodes are available off the shelf any time.

The current carrying electrode tip holder used when the tip is not inserted directly into the electrode adapter or welder arm.

We have various specifications of weld nut electrode that can be used to weld M4,M5,7/16,M6,M8,M10,M12,M14 nuts.We also supply nut welding electrode accessory.E.g. upper electrode,lower electrode,nut electrode base,electrode cover,spring,air pressure valve, ceramic pin and KCF alloy guide pin etc.Our nut electrodes are widely used on automotive sheet matel nut welding machine,projection welding machine,We also offer custom made nut electrode according to your drawing.

Electrode Adapters are used to improve electrode holder life and flexibility by allowing the adapter to be replaced when the taper wears out.
